On 18th May, 2010, China high-tech industrial development zone association held its fifth member’s conference, also the first meeting of fifth council broad, in Beijing Railway Hotel. Vice Minister of the State Science and Technology Department Zhang Laiwu, Secretary of Party Committee in the development research center of the state council Chen Qingtai and other leaders attended the conference and gave a speech.
